Assessments and certificates

Most courses end with an assessment. Passing it — together with finishing the required lessons — earns a certificate of completion.

Take an assessment#

1. At the end of a course, select Start assessment.
2. Before you begin, check the pass mark, the time limit and which attempt this is.
3. Answer the questions and select Submit answers.
4. You see Passed or Not passed, with your score.

If you do not pass, you can retake the assessment up to the number of attempts allowed for it.

Certificate of completion#

A certificate of completion is issued automatically when you finish all required lessons and assessments of a course. It:

• belongs to one course and one course version
• has a credential ID beginning with ERGOPS-ACAD-
• can be downloaded as a PDF with a QR code that links to its verification page
