Framework readiness certificate
When every check for a framework is complete, ErgOps can issue a framework readiness certificate with a public verification page. It records that your readiness work was complete at a point in time.
Important A readiness certificate is not an accredited certification, an audit opinion or a legal compliance determination. It confirms completed readiness work in ErgOps only. Describe it that way when you share it.
When a certificate can be issued#
All checks for the framework must be complete:
- ready or passing, supported by current, approved evidence, or
- not applicable with an approved exception.
Issue a certificate#
- Open the framework's detail page.
- Select the {Framework} Certificate button. It is available to Organization Managers and Sustainability Managers once readiness is complete.
A certificate is valid for one year.
What the verification page shows#
Anyone with the link can open the certificate page. It shows:
- your company name and the framework and version
- check completion, checks completed and approved evidence
- the certificate number, issue date, valid-until date and a unique verification ID
- the statement that it reflects readiness, not accredited certification
Verification pages are not indexed by search engines.
Automatic revocation#
A certificate is revoked automatically if the framework is disabled, or if a decision on evidence that supported it is changed from approved.
