2026-09-27 — v1 foundation#

• Added Test and Live machine credentials with scopes.
• Added customer-attributed logistics calculation and calculation/customer reads.
• Added durable idempotency, configurable rate limits and contract-period usage.
• Added signed webhooks with finite retry and dead-letter state.

Internal Git commits are not the customer-facing changelog. Breaking changes are not shipped silently within /v1; they require a new version or a governed deprecation and migration path.
