Create sustainability actions

Actions are the work that improves your results — fixing a data gap, replacing equipment, switching supply. In ErgOps an action has an owner, dates and a status, and completed actions can be measured in Verified Impact.

The workflow#

Identify a hotspot → create an action → assign an owner → set timing → track progress → measure the result

Create an action#

Actions are created where the need is found. Look for Create Action or Create action in:

• a risk or opportunity
• a Sustainability Health check
• an alert
• a gap in framework readiness

The action keeps its link to where it came from.

Manage an action#

Open Plan → Actions and select an action to manage it:

• Owner — who is responsible
• Status — Planned, In progress, Completed or Blocked
• Target date and Implementation date
• Budget, Progress and supporting Evidence
• Measured reduction, once known

Select Export roadmap to download the selected actions as a CSV file.

After completion#

When an action is Completed with an implementation date and a facility, you can measure what actually changed:

1. Open Plan → Verified Impact.
2. Select Measure an action.

Tip Always record the implementation date. Verified Impact compares data before and after that date.
