Understand the Overview
The Overview is the first page in ErgOps. It gives a live picture of your organization's priorities and links to the details.
What is on the Overview#
| Area | Shows |

| Quick actions | Common next steps for your role — for example Add Facility, Upload Data or Create Action |
| Operational health and Needs Your Attention | The most important open items from Sustainability Health and your tasks |
| ESG Score | Your score under your organization's methodology, with coverage and confidence |
| Operational Performance | Total emissions, energy use, water use and data confidence |
| Emissions Trend | Emissions over the last 12 months, 6 months or year to date |
| Framework Readiness | Readiness of your enabled frameworks |
| Planning | Summaries of decarbonization plans and your carbon budget |
| Product Carbon Footprint | Your product footprints |
Select Refresh Analysis after adding data to update the figures.
Reading it the right way#
- Each measure answers a different question. A good ESG Score does not mean your data is complete — check Data Confidence too.
- Select a card to open the page behind it and see how a number was produced.
Note Until your organization has data, some panels show empty states or example content. Figures based on your own data appear after you add data and refresh the analysis.
