Publish a sustainability page
A public sustainability page shares selected, approved metrics on a web page — openly, or through a private link you control.
Open Reports → Public Reports and select + Create Public Page.
Build the page#
The builder has eight steps:
- Page details — title and description
- Select period
- Select facilities
- Select metrics — choose which results to show
- Branding
- Visibility
- Preview
- Publish
You can also choose to show data confidence, methodology notes, highlights, targets and — optionally — framework readiness.
Visibility#

Data mode#

Publish#
ErgOps validates the page before publishing. Errors block publishing; warnings ask you to confirm with Publish Anyway. Pages can be published by users with an editing role.
Private links#
For a Private link page:
- Select Copy Link after publishing. The link is shown once — store it safely.
- Choose an expiry: never, 7, 30 or 90 days, or a custom date.
- New Link creates a new link and cancels the old one.
- Revoke, Unpublish or Archive cancel active links.
Visitors to an expired link see This sustainability report link has expired. Private-link pages are never indexed.
Manage pages#
Page actions: Preview, Edit, Duplicate, Copy Link, New Link, Revoke, Unpublish and Archive. Page statuses are Draft, Published and Archived.
Note Editing a published page returns it to draft. For private-link pages, existing links are revoked — share a new link after republishing.
What visitors see#
The metrics you chose, the period, published and updated dates, the data mode, and — if enabled — targets, highlights, data confidence and a framework readiness summary with its disclaimer. Visitors can print the page.
