Add a record#
- Select New Record.
- Choose Risk or Opportunity.
- Score it from 1 to 5:
- risks: likelihood and impact
- opportunities: probability and potential value
- Optionally add an explicit probability percentage and your assumptions. ErgOps never infers a percentage from the 1–5 scale.
The score is the product of the two ratings:

| Critical / Strategic | 17–25 |
Detect risks from your data#
Detect from Data runs rules over your workspace and proposes records — for example a target that is off track, low data confidence, a reporting gap, dependence on a few suppliers, or a large benchmark gap. Review each proposal before relying on it.
