Test and Live environments

Test is not a cosmetic label. Test requests use governed factors and deterministic validation but create only non-commercial telemetry. Test results do not enter Live customer portal/report totals and do not consume Live contract capacity. Test webhooks only go to Test endpoints.

Live calculations persist the canonical customer-attributed transport result and exactly one commercial usage event after successful validation, factor resolution and persistence. Create separate credentials and webhook endpoints for each environment.

Webhook endpoint environments are immutable. Create a separate endpoint when moving from Test to Live. A pending delivery is always signed from its immutable event envelope (id, environment, type, created_at, and data); changing an endpoint URL changes the destination of a later attempt but cannot relabel a Test event as Live.
