Enterprise agreements

ErgOps is offered through negotiated B2B agreements rather than public self-service pricing.

What an agreement defines#

• Modules — for example ErgOps Operations and ErgOps Embedded.
• Contract period — monthly, annual or a custom term.
• Included capacity — customer-attributed calculations, customer accounts, API keys and webhook endpoints.
• Capacity policy — soft, hard or unlimited. See Usage and contract capacity.
• Optional services — for example onboarding and implementation support.

Capacity can be extended during a contract term by agreement. Pricing is contract-specific and is not published in the documentation.

Deployment#

ErgOps is delivered as a cloud service. Enterprise deployment requirements — such as data residency or dedicated environments — can be discussed with ErgOps.
